## Anthony Horner

### Change and Transformation Delivery Director

Anthony is an experienced programme director and delivery SME, with a strong track record in leading digital change and large-scale business transformation within the banking and financial services sector.

Based in London, he has successfully delivered core banking implementations, scaled enablement programmes, and navigated complex regulatory landscapes to drive strategic growth and operational efficiency. With a hands-on approach and a strategic mindset, Anthony is passionate about leveraging technology to solve traditional business challenges and create lasting impact for Vantage Point's clients.

In his spare time, Anthony is an enthusiastic coach of his twin sons' under 9s rugby and cricket teams.
