Deborah is a highly experienced HR and talent leader with deep roots in Belfast’s professional services and legal sectors, having held senior roles at KPMG, Allen & Overy, Deloitte, BNP Paribas, and Ulster University.
Based in Belfast, Deborah is part of Vantage Point’s Client Delivery team, providing oversight of in-person engagement and supporting day-to-day pod management. Her local network and experience building and retaining specialist teams will help maintain engagement, performance and delivery quality.
Outside of the office, Deborah loves Belfast's lively music and theatre scene, and exploring with her family.
