# Meet the team

## Natalia Nowik

### HR, Recruitment and Delivery Administrator

Law masters graduate Natalia joined us in 2024 to look after HR, recruitment, and delivery. Polish-speaking and Newcastle-based, she plays a huge role in engaging our consultants across multiple sites, ensuring high satisfaction and retention. She loves using her legal background to make sure our practices are fair and inclusive.  

Outside of work Natalia enjoys travelling. She has a keen eye for the best deals and books spontaneous weekends away all over Europe.
