# Meet the team

## Tim Parr

### Head of Training

A former financial services practitioner, Tim has built and delivered a world-class training practice at Vantage Point, ensuring consultants and clients are equipped to meet evolving industry demands. His award-winning *Simulate* methodology builds confidence and commercial understanding in consultants to kickstart their careers. 

Tim also volunteers as a mentor for undergraduates at City, University of London, to unlock their potential and enhance employability.  

Outside of work, Tim enjoys Park Run on a Saturday morning - particularly the coffee afterwards - and Thursday evenings spent with old friends.
