2025's Consultants of the month

In 2025 we decided to launch a new concept, which celebrated individual consultants who have excelled within their roles. They were selected as a result of client feedback and recommendations from the Head Office team and their fellow consultants.

The group varies across clients, locations, role types, and levels of experience. Each has excelled through outstanding performance, dedication, and innovation, taking on more responsibilities and going above and beyond for their client. You can read more about their role performance and development below.

Karl Najm

Client Integration Analyst, London

After completing our Training Academy, Karl was placed with a client in June. He quickly found his feet, supporting multiple pods, and working closely with fellow VP consultants on site.

When an experienced consultant left the team, Karl was handed her pipeline and clients – a real “thrown in at the deep end” moment. Karl embraced the challenge with determination, always leaning on his team for collaboration and support. With several team absences, Karl went above and beyond to ensure delivery for a key client. His hard work, adaptability, and commitment have not gone unnoticed, and he has rightly been recognised for his outstanding efforts.

Seleamah John-Jules

ISDA Remediation Analyst, London

Known for her warm personality and great sense of humour, Seleamah brings positivity and energy to everyone she works with. She consistently goes above and beyond in her role, earning high praise from her client line manager for her professionalism and reliability.

Originally brought in to complete a reconciliation project of ISDA documentation, Seleamah has drawn on her extensive legal and collateral experience to make a real impact and her role has since expanded significantly. She remediated over 250 OTC Derivatives Agreements to ensure full alignment and readiness for upcoming audits, as well as developing and delivering strategic problem statements and actionable solutions to drive process efficiency and resolve high-impact issues. In addition, she also reviewed, analysed, and interpreted OTC Master Agreements and related documentation, extracting key legal data points to support the resolution of large-scale trade disputes. With her diligence, expertise, and approachable nature, Seleamah has become an invaluable member of the team.

Illia Parfeniuk

Data Analyst, Warsaw

Ilia, has played a pivotal role in delivering complex financial projects for one of our key clients. His resilience under pressure and ability to maintain professionalism and good humour make him stand out. Ilia confidently engages with stakeholders at every level, from traders to regulators, earning trust through his expertise and clear communication. Known for his initiative and creativity, he transforms challenges into innovative solutions independently and effectively.

Bernadette Digby

Accounts Receivable Analyst, Belfast

Bernadette has been placed in the Accounts Receivables team with our client since December 2024 and has consistently delivered a high standard of work. She's done notably well at completing all her tasks within deadlines and is proactive in facilitating on-time client payments. She ensures resolution of all issues impacting clients and this has directly contributed to a significant reduction in aged debt across her key accounts. She was also selected to support testing of a new system, where she provided valuable feedback and actively identified issues.

Bernadette is a reliable and supportive member of the team and is regularly recognised for offering help to new starters and existing colleagues. Her consistency, proactive mindset, and support for others make her a well-deserved Consultant of the Month.
