We are proud to be hosting a free online webinar to celebrate International Women's Day in partnership with EdenChase Associates and supported by Women in Banking & Finance (WIBF).

This inspiring event is dedicated to accelerating progress for disabled women and women returners, focusing on the financial services sector. The discussion will explore tangible strategies to close employment and pay gaps, highlighting the importance of flexible working policies and inclusive recruitment practices.

Keynote speaker Cressida Stephenson, Founder of EdenChase Associates, will share her lived experiences across various industries, offering actionable insights to foster accessibility and inclusion.

• Becks Brindley, Digital Accessibility Lead at NatWest, will present how NatWest is driving systemic change.
• Akua Opong, Senior Engineer at London Stock Exchange, will share where she sees the biggest barriers and how she has been the change, empowered others and accelerated action within LSEG
• Kris Foster from Project Nemo will share his perspective as a male ally and advocate for inclusive workplaces.
