Vantage Point Announces Charity Partnership with Hackney Foodbank for 2025
Vantage Point is proud to be supporting Hackney Foodbank as our chosen charity for 2025.
Hackney Foodbank is an independent charity within the Trussell Trust network, based close to our London head office. In 2024 they provided the equivalent of more than 260,000 meals for people experiencing extreme hardship.
As the cost of living continues to rise and wages fail to keep pace, more families are struggling to afford everyday essentials. One in four Londoners now lives in poverty and the number of households claiming Universal Credit is at a record high. Hackney Foodbank provides vital support to those in crisis, not only through emergency food parcels but their in-house caseworkers help people to better their situations through support with benefits, grants for furniture, fuel and clothing and linking them with an expert debt advisor.
We chose to partner with Hackney Foodbank because of our shared focus on practical support and helping people overcome barriers. At Vantage Point, we believe in creating opportunities for people to grow and succeed, no matter their background.
Our first initiative of the year was an Easter egg collection, involving our employees and neighbouring businesses. The aim was simple: to make sure families facing financial pressure could still enjoy the celebrations—and no child felt left out.
We look forward to supporting Hackney Foodbank throughout the year and helping them continue their essential work.
