This recognition marks an important milestone for us as a small but dedicated team. With our [Elevate Programme](https://www.vantagepointglobal.com/elevate-programme), we’ve spent over a decade supporting early-career talent, helping junior professionals build the skills and confidence to become future leaders. By bridging the gap between potential and opportunity, our programme empowers trainees with industry-specific knowledge and the confidence to excel in demanding environments. Our approach goes beyond traditional training, ensuring career readiness through tailored training, situational role-plays, and continuous support, resulting in high performance, retention, and conversion rates for our clients. Being named alongside major organisations such as Deloitte, Capgemini, Birkbeck University, Costa, and the winner, Publicis Groupe, made the moment even more meaningful. The commendation reflects the incredible effort of our trainers, who design and deliver Elevate with thoughtfulness, consistency, and genuine care. It also speaks to the commitment of our clients, who continue to champion the development of emerging talent. Thank you to the British Training Awards for a brilliant event and to the judges for recognising the work we do. And congratulations to all the other finalists and winners; we’re in excellent company! ![HC_Early Careers Initiative of the Year_British Training Awards 2025](https://www.vantagepointglobal.com/hubfs/HC_Early%20Careers%20Initiative%20of%20the%20Year_British%20Training%20Awards%202025.svg) ## Judges comments: > *'A unique approach for a unique business model - the role playing element is a fresh angle for helping people to be career-ready.'*   > *'Love this - early careers that is more than about academic success - wonderful!'*     - ![VP team on stage accepting award](https://www.vantagepointglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/21.%20Early%20Careers%20Initiative%20of%20the%20Year_HC-1.png?width=800&height=534&name=21.%20Early%20Careers%20Initiative%20of%20the%20Year_HC-1.png) - ![Tracy and Tim with award](https://www.vantagepointglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/IMG_8815.jpeg?width=1536&height=2048&name=IMG_8815.jpeg) - ![Trophy](https://www.vantagepointglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/1752060717115%20bright.jpeg?width=1280&height=1707&name=1752060717115%20bright.jpeg) - ![Isabel, Tim and Tracy with award](https://www.vantagepointglobal.com/hs-fs/hubfs/BWP%20(209%20of%20225)-1.jpg?width=800&height=534&name=BWP%20(209%20of%20225)-1.jpg)   > 'I am so proud of the team at Vantage Point Global for our 'Highly Commended' award in the 'Early Careers Initiative of the Year 2025' category.
