Vantage Point partner with Movement to Work

At Vantage Point, we believe that talent should be assessed based on ambition and potential rather than qualifications or job history. That's why we are thrilled to collaborate with Movement to Work (MtW), a charity committed to breaking the "no experience, no job" cycle and creating meaningful career opportunities for young people who are not in education, employment, or training (NEET).

For over 10 years, Movement to Work has helped deliver 200,000+ career opportunities to NEET young people with some of the UK’s biggest employers, and we’re excited to join them in this mission.

The movement aligns perfectly with our flagship Elevate Programme, which provides talented people with:

  • Pre-employability, interview, and role-specific training
  • Ongoing support, learning and development, & mentorship
  • A structured career pathway into consultancy roles with high-profile clients

The Programme acts as a stepping stone into exciting roles in financial services, professional services, technology, and beyond. We work in partnership with our clients to develop our consultants in line with their exact needs, fostering the skills, professional qualifications, and leadership qualities they need for the future. Our ultimate goal is that at the Programme's end, our consultants are offered permanent roles, at no cost to the client.

The impact? More than 90% of our Elevate Programme consultants are offered permanent roles with their clients, proving that with the right support, young people can thrive.

We look forward to seeing this partnership flourish and are eager to elevate even more careers!

"We are delighted to be partnering with Vantage Point to create more opportunities for young people to kick-start their careers. By working together, we can remove barriers, champion potential, and ensure that all young people -regardless of background - have access to meaningful employment. We look forward to the impact this collaboration will have!"
