As one of the first strategic partners, we are excited to support WIBF's mission.  ## About WIBF WIBF is a pioneering membership network that has championed women in financial services for over 40 years. With branches across the UK, WIBF supports women's career ambitions through development programmes, leadership opportunities, and networking events. As a volunteer-led enterprise at the forefront of debates, lobbying, and policy-making, WIBF works to establish practical solutions that help the financial services sector realise the benefits of diversity and inclusion.  ## Introducing ConneXion Hub The ConneXion Hub is a new initiative designed to strengthen WIBF's mission by developing partnerships with organisations that share their values. We are proud that [44% of our team are women and we have a pay gap of -2.47%.](https://www.vantagepointglobal.com/news/elevating-lives-careers-and-communities-2024-in-review) This commitment to DEI aligns perfectly with WIBF's mission to champion women and promote diversity and inclusion across the sector. ### Kicking Off the Partnership Last month, we kicked off the partnership with a powerful [webinar](https://www.wibf.org.uk/events/vantage-point-webinar/) delivered by our COO, [Tracy Jordan](https://www.vantagepointglobal.com/meet-the-team-tracy-jordan). Tracy shared insights from her 28-year career in banking, the challenges she faced when returning after a career break, and the steps she took to empower other women. The crucial message of the webinar was 'Be the change, empower others, and accelerate action.'
