Recruitment - Inclusive hiring practices using: Tailored outreach, Gamified assessments and Accommodations needed. Hiring - Hired as a VP consultant: Attract candidates through charity network, Non bias assessment tool, Screen & interview and Onboarding.
Support - Candidates and managers receive: Ongoing mentoring, Training and Wraparound support. Training - A role and client specific training programme is designed to include:
Industry knowledge, Technical skills and Soft skills.
Deploy & manage - Deployed on client site as a consultant and managed by VP: Performance management, Development & training, Pastoral care & assigned buddy and Mentoring & coaching. Workplace assessment and guidance on accommodations and adjustments often needed.
Convert/extend - At the end of the programme: Convert consultant to your employee (for free) or Extend or end their VP contract.
