Anna Maltzoff joined Vantage Point in 2021 to lead the Early Career Programmes part of Vantage Point Global. She has extensive banking experience gained from over 25 years in the Financial Services Industry.
Through her Business Management and Chief of Staff roles with RBS and Deutsche Bank, Anna was responsible for creating high-performing global teams and establishing a positive culture at all levels. She led Technology programmes and has a reputation for delivering complex strategic programmes of work to challenging deadlines and exacting standards, achieving tangible cost savings. She has also devised and led several successful project management and team-building training programmes, achieving significant improvements in staff engagement and morale. She has been in constant demand as a coach and mentor, helping people become the very best they can be.
