Natasha Walton-Smith joined Vantage Point in 2021 and is responsible for defining and delivering on our People and Operations strategies.
Natasha brings over 20 years’ experience of working within Financial Services for both consultancies and investment banks in business as usual leadership and transformation delivery roles. She has setup, developed and managed the internal support infrastructure for a number of organisations, and also has broad experience of managing operational line teams and consultancy delivery projects.
Natasha has a proven track record of implementing structural, procedural and system enhancements to drive employee, commercial, policy, control and operational benefits. She is passionate about building a strong company culture and supporting employees to enable them to develop their careers and reach their full potential.
