Our aim at Vantage Point for 2023 is to provide structure around our Mental Health plan by implementing designated Mental Health First Aiders and following our new 5 Pillars of Mental Health model to provide relevant and helpful events for our employees to enjoy. This will be alongside the current benefits we offer that support our employees’ mental health.

Be Active

Go for a walk outside.
Take the time to enjoy moving your body.
Find a sport that you really enjoy.

Take Notice

Train your brain to use mindfulness to be present in the moment.
Take time to notice the unusual.
Pay attention to now your peers and family are feeling.

Learn

Learn a new skill or revisit an old interest, it could be completely unrelated to work!
Set yourself achievable goals in both your personal and work life.

Give

Donate unloved clutter to a charity shop.
Do something nice for a friend or stranger!
