At Vantage Point, we recognise the importance of mental health in creating a healthy and productive workplace. As part of our ongoing commitment to promoting mental health and wellbeing, we are excited to announce that we will be implementing designated Mental Health First Aiders in 2023. These trained individuals will serve as a first point of contact for employees who may be experiencing mental health issues, and will be equipped to provide initial support and guidance, as well as signposting to additional resources as needed.
In addition to this, we will be following the 5 Pillars of Mental Health model, which provides a comprehensive framework for promoting good mental health and preventing mental illness. By adopting this approach, we aim to provide our employees with the tools and knowledge they need to maintain positive mental health, as well as to identify and address potential mental health concerns before they escalate.

We are proud to announce that Charlotte Brown, our Business Support Officer, has recently completed the Mental Health First Aider course through MFHA England, and will be one of the first designated Mental Health First Aiders at Vantage Point. We believe that her skills and expertise will be a valuable asset to our organisation and will help us to create a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
