The Elevate Programme

Our flagship Elevate Programme is not a bootcamp, or a graduate scheme with complex entry requirements and rigid roles. 

Instead, we intentionally elevate the careers of smart people from all backgrounds, including non-graduates, career changers, and returners. We hire based on ability, prioritising aptitude and genuine interest over academic credentials or experience. Our tried and true model is designed to launch meaningful careers, not just fill roles. 

Our consultants undergo comprehensive technical training delivered by our in-house faculty before joining a client. This equips them with both industry-standard practical skills and a holistic understanding of their role within the company and the broader financial markets.

Once on assignment, their development doesn't stop. We'll help them create a learning pathway tailored to their capabilities and interests, supported by a learning platform featuring technology modules and an AI coach. The Elevate+ Programme embeds qualifications like CIMA, AWS or PRINCE2 into this journey.

Simulate Training

Simulate training is a dynamic and immersive learning experience designed to prepare consultants for fulfilling careers in the financial services industry. Undertaken before the client assignment begins, the intensive instructor-led classroom programme uniquely blends soft skills development with technical training through a variety of simulations, role plays, and eLearning modules. This approach ensures our consultants are equipped with both the foundational knowledge of financial services and the practical skills needed to excel in their roles.
