Helen Miner
Senior Consultant
Helen is a seasoned transformation expert with a knack for steering complex change in the banking, finance, and regulatory world. With a career spanning some of the UK and Europe’s biggest institutions — including Barclays, RBC, and Fortis Banque — she’s led major programmes that have modernised systems, improved compliance, and streamlined operations.
Whether it’s tackling data migration, adapting to new regulations like MiFID and GDPR, or guiding businesses through large-scale change, Helen brings clarity, structure, and results. She’s known for her sharp strategic thinking, ability to engage senior stakeholders, and her calm, focused approach to delivery.
With a strong grounding in project and process management, from Prince2 to Agile, Lean Six Sigma and everything in between, Helen’s toolkit is as broad as her experience. She’s currently overseeing programme governance on a major data migration initiative for a leading insurance client in London.
Outside of work, Helen has practised yoga for over 20 years and enjoys yoga resort holidays.
