2026 New Year’s Resolutions

We were incredibly proud of the impact we achieved in 2025. From growing our consultant community to deepening our social impact, it was a year of meaningful progress. As we continue to grow as a business, we’ve set ourselves a new set of resolutions for 2026, designed to build on what’s working and push us even further.

Looking back on last year’s commitments, we’re pleased to say we achieved many of our goals. We increased the percentage of women across the business, exceeded our target number of networking events for consultants, reduced our carbon emissions by 43% and continued to offset business travel through Just One Tree. We also launched our Consultant of the Month scheme, shining a spotlight on individuals who are excelling in their roles and making a real impact for our clients.

As we look ahead, our 2026 resolutions focus on growth with purpose:

  • Deepening our social impact. In 2025, we hosted three webinars in partnership with our community partners. This year, we aim to increase dialogue around social causes by hosting more social impact–focused events and conversations.
  • Expanding access to opportunity. Last year, we hired 22 individuals who were not in education, employment or training (NEET). This is a new focus to since we partnered with Movement to Work. In 2026, we’re aiming to double this number through initiatives such as our Pathways to Potential programme.
  • Celebrating our consultants. We’ll continue to recognise outstanding performance through our monthly Consultant of the Month awards. With 12 consultants recognised across the year, we’ll also be introducing a Consultant of the Year award for 2026.
  • Investing more in learning. In 2025, we delivered 1,569 hours of training. This year, we’re committing to increasing training hours by 20% while introducing new learning topics to support career progression.
  • Reaching more future consultants. After achieving 75.9k visits to our careers page in 2025, our goal for 2026 is to reach 100k, helping more people discover opportunities with Vantage Point.
  • Continuing our commitment to gender equity. We will keep striving for fairness and balance, both in representation and in pay.
  • Strengthening our Talent On-Demand capabilities. Following strong growth in 2025, we’ll continue to build our expertise in technology change and transformation, particularly at SME and leadership level.
  • Working smarter, not harder. We’ll continue improving how we work by using AI and automation to simplify internal processes, freeing up more time to focus on our people and less on administration.

These resolutions reflect what matters most to us: creating opportunity, supporting our consultants, and delivering meaningful, sustainable impact. We’re excited to see what 2026 brings.
